BUYING PROCESS

REVIEW - Use our website navatowns.ca or speak to our representatives for any questions through navatowns@digreen.ca. Review all information including the APS with your lawyers.


MEET – At the Sales Centre, our sales representatives will be happy to walk you through the community vision and timing, the local area, amenities, product and pricing. Remember to bring a bank draft of 20k and a cheque book made out to CARAT HOLDINGS INC. to make post dated cheques for the rest of the deposits.


UNDERSTAND – Our Sales Representatives are experts in new home buying, and are committed to giving you all you need to make an informed choice. They will be with you every step of the way through the process of buying your beautiful new DiGreen home.

SIGN – Once you have made your decision to buy, your Sales Representative will draw up a legal contract called an Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) for you to sign which will be done on the same day at our presentation center. It will include all the details on your new home purchase.


PURCHASE – Once you have signed the APS and made your deposit, and it’s all approved by DiGreen Homes, you are on your way to owning a new home. Remember all deals are firm.


OWING - Please be aware to provide a mortgage approval within 10 days of signing the APS.
